  • Do you treat small spaces, like attics and crawl spaces?

    Chirp treats spaces that are 5’ or higher and attics that have a complete floor.

    For pests like ants, silverfish, and spiders, Chirp will apply a protective barrier around the foundation of your home or business, in planters, along the edges of walkways and patios, and around the perimeter of your property. We treat around meter boxes, valve boxes, patio drains, and landscape drains, as well as sweep your eaves and pitches, windows and door frames, pergolas, under patio furniture, porches, and light fixtures. Inside, we use dry powder desiccants applied to cracks and crevices, voids, and all entry points where pests can enter your home or business. For rodents, Chirp installs strategic bait stations in exterior locations that are designed to control rat and mouse populations.
