We’ve dealt with pest issues for years, and David solved them faster than anyone else we’ve ever called. As he was finishing up, my wife arrived and mentioned to him that we had some spider problems. I thought, "Come on, he's finished everything we've paid him to do," but David didn’t hesitate; he went right back to his truck, grabbed his gear, and cleared all the webs from our patio furniture and even the kids’ outdoor toys. We just made the switch to Chirp after 20 years with Terminix, and so far we’ve been really impressed. Our first service was extremely thorough, and the tech took time to ask all the right questions and make sure every concern was covered. The only reason I’m leaving four stars instead of five is due to their door-to-door sales tactics. While the timing worked out for us, and the young man was not obnoxious in the least, I know it’s a real frustration based on other reviews. I'd maybe suggest they do a gentle door drop with an interest card or even a mailing rather than suffer the wrath of homeowners that don't like their doorbells rung (twice, no less). That said, the service itself has been excellent — we’re hopeful this is the beginning of a much better experience!
